Our book donations have supercharged our partnership with Sueños Basketball. By providing accessible books, we’ve boosted literacy and academics for their youth.

- Reading in Sports: Kids now enjoy sports-themed reading clubs and “reading time” before/after practice, improving comprehension and communication. They’re also more engaged in creative writing about basketball and building their vocabulary.
- Stronger Academic Support: Our books are vital for homework help and empower literacy mentors, making learning more engaging and personalized.
- Engaged Parents: We’re helping parents support reading at home through workshops and by providing take-home resources.
- Motivating with Sports: Books are now part of “Read to Play” incentives, connecting reading to rewards. They also give athlete role models concrete examples of how reading leads to success.
